Got my BluePrint LSAT homestudy books to start studying for the October LSAT.

It’s pretty cool, and definitely looks more detailed than the TestMasters workbooks. Buying these is definitely more worth it than TestMasters self-study, since their workbooks don’t have any explanations. Will update on the progress of using the workbooks as soon as I get a-crackin’!

Documenting the 2009 application cycle…

After receiving a round of waitlists and rejections from applying late this year, I’ve decided to take matters into my own hands and start the harrowing cycle of reapplying to law schools this fall. The process will require the following:

1) retaking the LSAT

2) more letters of recommendation

3) an even better personal statement

4) growth experiences

5) more waiting

I decided to chronicle this experience, as it may become useful to other people out there who are either applying this cycle, or reapplying this cycle, or just need more information on the law school process. I’ll attempt to be as candid as possible, especially since in my own experience, I’ve heard many different pieces of advice that sometimes contradicted with one another.

So cheers! Here begins the process of restudying for the LSAT, and hopefully bringing pearls of wisdom to my fellow pilgrims who are, too, hoping for admission into a law school of their desires.
